1733 Bathurst

1733 Bathurst is a major renovation just steps from the Upper Village in Toronto's Bathurst and Eglinton neighbourhood. The design transforms an existing historic low-rise building into 8 suites with contemporary interiors, inspired by classic New York brownstones and London walk-ups. Suites offer up to 1,189 square feet of space, including three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a main area with an open flow. The design combines the convenience of condo living with the scale and intimacy of a family home, and doubles the property's density without changing the look and feel of the building or neighbourhood. As one of several new projects from Circa, 1733 Bathurst revolutionizes Toronto's condo market with more space, more light, and intelligent design. Read More
